Geeky, curious, always looking for a challenge. Delia started working as Vision Mixer for MTV and then “Big Brother” Romania over 20 years ago. She worked as consultant for Endemol International in Croatia and Bulgaria (“Big Brother” and “Star Academy”) and later as Executive Producer, Commissioning Editor and Head of Reality and Factual for the top 3 TV stations in Romania.

In 2012 she moved to London to further her education with a MA in Video Production and Film Studies and joined Discovery Networks EMEA team in London as Production Manager.

Delia is the creator of “Pets of Champions”, (Fairy) Godmother to several humans and a reliable sitter for all her friends’ pets - all species welcomed.

Ana Maria’s innate eagerness to make a difference and love for challenging projects brought her on board of this project at a time when Pets of Champions was just an idea. Although she has over 20 years of experience and proven-track record in leading digital & business transformation projects across all major industries, Ana Maria is one of a kind. Constantly advocating for content strategy, Information Architecture and User Experience, she believes that change is always possible, provided people have the reasons why, perseverance and willingness to do the work.
